Any service engagement requires a signed agreement, statement of work, or similar written document that defines scope, fees, timeline, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
No guarantees before contract
We do not guarantee availability, deliverables, pricing, or outcomes until they are documented in a signed agreement.
IP and payment
Intellectual property, payment, confidentiality, support, and usage rights are handled in the applicable SOW, MSA, or service agreement.
